Getting Through Holiday Meals
Today I'm sharing with you some of my favorite tips to get through a holiday, birthday, reunion, or any other kind of event where you'll find yourself faced with a lot of tempting food.
Now I don't want you to get the idea that you have to starve yourself and make yourself sad by missing out on your aunt's famous apple pie that you've loved since birth, but instead you can learn to enjoy those events and parties without totally undoing any fitness goals you're working toward.
